Marketing Books

Marketing Books isn't something we enjoy. We like to write, not market. But unless you have someone to do your marketing for you, your going to need a plan.

Marketing your work doesn't have to be difficult. There are so many opportunities to get the word out about your book, and I am going to give you a lot of them here.

Choose the ones you want and start there. Doing anything is better than doing nothing. It does not have to be an all or nothing deal.

Are you Ready? Let's get started.

  • You want a website. This is vital to your success, so get one.

  • Add a signature to your outgoing emails with a link to your book.

  • Use social media to let people know you've written a book.

  • Ask for reviews!

  • Put a "commercial" for your book on YouTube.

  • Advertise your books on Craigslist.

  • Start a blog

  • Write Articles about your book's subject.

  • Start a book club.

  • Promote your books on ebay.

These are a few ideas that can help you get started. Just choose one or two and get started!

Good Luck!
