Easy Marketing

Market Your Business the Easy Way!

Whether you have a lot of business or none at all, it's important to continue your marketing efforts. If you don't, you may find yourself wondering what happened.

Just the word "marketing" can give many of us a feeling of dread. But it doesn't have to be that way. There are a few tactics that can keep your funnel full, even though they are really easy to do.

Take some time and read through these easy ideas and begin to implement them into your routine and watch your business grow.

1. Always have plenty of business cards - Business cards are a great marketing tool, if you find ways to get them them into peoples hands. Simple conversation can do that. Just be aware and ready to hand them out when the opportunity arises.

2. Meet other people in your industry - Staying connected and referring people to your associates will encourage them to refer you as well.

3. Ask for referrals - When you do a job for a client, be sure to ask them if they know anyone else who could use your services. You never know if you don't ask.

4. Get out and network - Attending networking events allows you to meet people and learn about their business and also talk about yours while forming some nice business relationships.

5. Tell people what you do - We all want to share what we do well. It's important to let people know what you do in a relaxed, non- sales way. Being enthusiastic about your business is good but remember, people like to do business with those they like and trust.

These are simple ways to market yourself that you can do regularly and they don't take a lot of prep time. The most important thing is to enjoy talking to people and listen to them tell you about what they do. Relationships are your best marketing tool!
